Accessibility statement

Learning should remain possible regardless of disability, equipment or circumstances.

Updated October 2026

Our commitment

DATAGOZ is committed to making its online training platform accessible to as many people as possible. This commitment is part of the approach of the General Accessibility Improvement Framework (RGAA) and the international WCAG 2.1 recommendations.

Accessibility is not an option: it is a condition for online training to keep its promise of openness.

Compliance status

The platform has not yet undergone an accessibility audit. We are therefore not in a position to declare a level of compliance with the RGAA. This statement will be updated as soon as an audit has been carried out.

We prefer to announce what we know rather than a level of compliance we have not verified. In the meantime, difficulties reported to us are handled on a case-by-case basis, and an alternative is offered each time this is possible.

What we're working towards

The following points are our focus areas for the platform:

Keyboard navigation
Sufficient colour contrast
Resizable text
Screen reader compatibility
Use on mobile
Respect for reduced motion settings

Accommodations for learners

If your situation requires an accommodation — an adapted pace, alternative materials, extra time during an assessment — please write to us before starting your course. We review each request individually and look for a solution with you.

Report a difficulty

If you encounter an obstacle when accessing content or a feature, let us know. Describe the page concerned, what you were trying to do and, if you can, the equipment or assistive technology you were using: this helps us reproduce the problem.

Every report receives a response, and we systematically aim to offer you an alternative while the issue is being fixed.

Routes of appeal

If you notice an accessibility issue that prevents you from accessing content and you do not receive a satisfactory response from us, you may submit a complaint to the Défenseur des droits.
