Preamble
DATAGOZ conducts its training activities with integrity, transparency and respect for people. This code sets out the principles that DATAGOZ commits to applying day to day, and that the trainers and partners who work with it share.
The purpose of this code is to guide decisions and behaviour in situations where no specific rule applies. It supplements the legal and regulatory obligations in force, without replacing them. In the event of a conflict between this code and a legal obligation, the latter takes precedence.
Everyone is encouraged to report any situation that appears to go against these principles, so that it can be examined and corrected. No report made in good faith will be held against its author.
Who this code applies to
This code applies to DATAGOZ and to anyone acting on its behalf: trainers and partner instructors, service providers and subcontractors. DATAGOZ chooses to work with partners who share this same level of commitment and reserves the right to end a collaboration in the event of serious misconduct.

DATAGOZ strives to provide every learner with a healthy, respectful and accessible learning environment.
1.1. Equal Access and Non-Discrimination

- Any such situation may be reported and will be carefully reviewed.
1.3. Accessibility and disability
DATAGOZ strives to make its training courses accessible to people with disabilities and considers possible adjustments on a case-by-case basis. Any request can be sent before enrollment so that we can identify together the adjustments that may be made.

DATAGOZ and its partners avoid any situation where a personal interest could compromise the objectivity of a decision related to training or commercial relationships. Any such situation must be reported and handled transparently.
2.4. Gifts and benefits
No gift, payment or benefit likely to influence a business decision may be offered or accepted. Only modest and customary tokens of courtesy, with no expected return, are permitted.
