Training internal rules

Established in accordance with articles L.6352-3 et seq. of the French Labour Code. Applicable to any person enrolled in a training course provided by DATAGOZ.

1. Purpose and scope

These internal rules apply to any person enrolled in a training course provided by DATAGOZ, regardless of the mode of attendance. They set out the rules relating to health, safety and discipline, as well as the rights and duties of learners.

Enrolling in a course means accepting these terms and conditions.

2. Health and safety

As the courses are delivered entirely online, the health and safety rules that apply are those of the place from which the learner connects. It is up to the learner to study in a suitable environment: a proper workstation, sufficient lighting, regular breaks.

It is recommended that you pause the session at regular intervals to limit eye strain and the discomfort associated with sitting in front of a screen for long periods.

3. General conduct

Each learner is expected to behave respectfully towards other learners, trainers and the teaching team, particularly in the platform's discussion spaces.

The following are strictly prohibited:

  • discriminatory, abusive or harassing remarks;
  • sharing, reselling or distributing training content, which is protected by copyright;
  • sharing login credentials, which are strictly personal;
  • any attempt to gain unauthorised access to the platform or to other users' data.

4. Attendance and completion

The learner follows their course according to the arrangements set out at enrolment. As progress is recorded by the platform, connection logs and assessment results serve as proof of completion.

These items may be passed on to the funding body when the training is covered by funding.

5. Sanctions and procedure

Any breach of these rules may result, depending on the seriousness of the facts, in a warning, a temporary suspension of access, or permanent exclusion from the training.

No sanction may be imposed unless the learner has been informed in writing of the facts held against them and given the opportunity to present their explanations. The sanction is notified to them in writing, with reasons.

6. Rights and representation of trainees

The learner has the right to express their views on the conduct and content of their training. They may at any time submit a comment or a complaint via our complaints procedure.

For training courses lasting more than 500 hours, a trainee representative is elected under the conditions laid down in the French Labour Code.

Personal data processed as part of the training is handled in accordance with our privacy policy.
